vorfeld.studio assembles itself according to the assignment. I bring specialists from my network when the task requires it. Above all, I find the right people within the organization – and work with them together on the problem.

Those who sense it first. Those who have the longest endurance. Those who still ask with fresh eyes. Those who know how things really work. Those who keep believing despite it all.

In every organization there are people who already know the problem – and often parts of the solution. I find these people and work with them. Across hierarchies, across departments. Directly on the questions that move the organization.

I think in patterns, not in solutions. What interests me: Why organizations do what they do. And why they stop noticing it.

My approach to organizations comes from systems theory and organizational sociology – from the ongoing study of their texts and from working with their concepts. I learned my craft through training, continuing education, and practice – organizational design, cultural analysis, leadership, change communication, facilitation, and discourse management. Every organization I work with shows me new manifestations of familiar patterns. Every day I learn something new – and that is not lip service, but what drives me.

Self-employed since 2011. Over 18 years of working with teams and organizations – from product teams to leadership circles to entire organizational units. Always at the point where the future is being negotiated.

Changes are not events to be endured. They are ongoing processes that demand continuous adaptation. My goal is a space in which change is not only possible but actually happens.
